When you create an account on Axis, we collect the minimum amount of data required to provide our services:

• Discord User ID, username, and avatar for authentication.
• The content you explicitly provide (bio, links, display names, and uploaded files).
• IP addresses as part of our anti-abuse and rate-limiting system.
• Cookies used solely for managing your active session.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to display your public profile and manage your account. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third-party advertisers.

3. Discord Integration

Axis allows you to display real-time Discord presence. To do this, we query public Discord API data based on your linked Discord ID. This data is not stored permanently beyond your active profile display.

4. Data Security

We implement standard security protocols to prevent unauthorized access. However, please be aware that no transmission over the internet is 100% secure. You are responsible for the links and content you choose to make public.

5. Right to Deletion

You have the right to delete your profile at any time. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our active database. Backups may retain certain data for a limited time period for security and compliance reasons.
