Axis reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any violation of these terms. Accounts engaged in active abuse or phishing will be permanently banned and their data purged.

4. One-Time Payments & Refunds

Axis PRO is a one-time lifetime payment. Due to the nature of digital services and instant access to premium features, all sales are final. Refunds are only considered in cases of technical failure on our end that prevents feature usage, analyzed on a case-by-case basis.

Axis is provided "as is". We are not responsible for the content posted by our users. We do not guarantee 100% uptime and are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions or data loss.
